Product Overview

Built as a twist-up lip balm stick, Olive Green Lip Balm Stick uses an olive green barrel with a cream collar and a plant-green bullet. The point of the format is that a plant-forward balm built for everyday reapplication. Tooling for the pack is already in place, which shortens the gap between the sample you approve and the first bulk delivery.

• Olive oil — a traditional plant oil with a soft, heavy mouthfeel

• Shea butter — a rich emollient that keeps the texture from drying out

• Vitamin E — an antioxidant that also shields the oil phase from oxidation

• Beeswax — a natural structuring wax for stick formats

• Botanical blend — the balance of the formula, adjusted to the texture target agreed at sampling

Production Standards

The line runs to ISO 22716 / GMPC with ISO 9001 oversight. Raw materials arrive with certificates of analysis; in-process fill checks are taken at intervals through the run; and every batch is released against a written specification. Retention samples are kept so a complaint can be traced back years later.
