Product Overview

The Matte Oxblood Lipstick is supplied as a matte lipstick for brands that want the pack and the formula handled in one place. It comes in a black slim case with a satin ring and a deep oxblood bullet. The format was chosen so that one-swipe opacity that sets to a flat matte. Every unit is filled and sealed on the same line, so the batch you approve is the batch you reorder. The pack is offered as stock tooling, so the shape, the closure and the label position are already proven on a running line. Colour, scent direction and fill volume are all set at the sampling stage, which is also where the cost per unit is fixed.

• Candelilla wax — a plant wax that gives the bullet structure without drag

Production Standards

Production runs under ISO 22716 / GMPC with ISO 9001 quality management. Fill weight is checked on a sampling plan through every run, and the results sit in the batch record alongside the incoming raw material certificates. Water used in the process is purified and monitored, and the filling room is held under positive pressure.
