Twenty-Vial Ampoule Tray Set is built as a single-use ampoule set and arrives in a white tray holding twenty screw-top glass vials, each sealed for one application. The aim is straightforward: one sealed vial per use, so nothing oxidises between applications. Because the pack, the fill and the artwork all sit with one supplier, changes to shape, shade or fill volume do not need a second vendor to agree.

Production Standards

Filling and packing follow ISO 22716 / GMPC and ISO 9001. Each batch keeps a record of the raw material lot numbers, the fill weights sampled through the run, and the microbiological release result.
