COA – Certificate of Analysis
For every batch, we issue a Certificate of Analysis (COA). This document reports the actual test results for that specific batch, including:
Appearance, colour, and odour
Active ingredient potency and content
Microbial limits (total plate count, yeast, mould, pathogens)
Heavy metals and impurities
Physical integrity and fill weight
The COA confirms that the batch meets the agreed specifications. It is not a generic template — it is batch-specific and traceable.
MSDS – Material Safety Data Sheet
We also provide an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for each product. This covers:
Product identification and composition
Health, safety, and handling information
First-aid measures
Storage and transport requirements
Regulatory information
The MSDS helps your team handle, store, and ship the product safely. It is also often required by freight forwarders and customs authorities.
